Then you might be our next Brand Partnership & Product Innovation Coordinator at Goodiebox.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and knows how to spot the next it product before everyone else. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our boxes by sourcing new and exciting brands, developing product ideas, and managing the full process from initial contact to final inclusion in our boxes.

What you'll be doing

• Identify new possible brand partners, build and maintain strong B2B relationships with existing and new potential brand partners
  
  

• Identify new, innovative products and trends within the beauty and wellness category
  
  

• Product sourcing across skincare, makeup, haircare, bodycare, and wellness
  
  

• Negotiate terms with brands and suppliers
  
  

• Collaborate closely with our marketing, operations, and data teams to deliver impactful and cohesive campaigns
  
  

• Coordinate timelines and logistics, making sure goods are delivered on time.

• Collect product information across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  
  

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B relationship management, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry
  
  

• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
  
  

• Proven track record of spotting product opportunities and turning them into reality
  
  

• Commercially driven mindset with an understanding of brand positioning and customer experience
  
  

• Passion for beauty, wellness, and innovation
  
  

• A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
